TILTED BOLTS
PORTA NOVA introduces a revolutionary innovation in the way of locking. For the highest level of security, we use a patented locking method with tilted bolts entering the frame. This represents a significant breakthrough in the field of security doors. Tilted bolts are utilized in all doors certified as Class 2, Class 3, and Class 4 by the Giordano Institute in Italy.

CERTIFICATIONS
ANTI-THEFT CERTIFICATION
Following strict quality control and various targeted intrusion attempts on the door leaf, lock, and frame, PORTA NOVA holds certificates from Instituto Giorgano, Italy, for anti-theft resistance for all their doors, classes 2, 3, and 4, according to the European Norm ENV 1627-1.
THERMAL RESISTANCE CERTIFICATION
From ift Rosenheim, Germany, Porta Nova holds an official thermal resistance certificate for up to 1.8 Ud according to Euro norm ENV 14351.
ACOUSTIC RESISTANT CERTIFICATION
From ift Rosenheim, Germany, Porta Nova holds an official certification for acoustic resistance up to 36dB according to the Euro norm EN ISO 10140-1.
FIRE CERTIFICATION
Porta Nova holds the official fire certificate from the Cambridge Fire Research Laboratory. Following a rigorous certification process involving 4 hours of exposure to extreme fire load, the doors are certified for fire resistance for up to 240 minutes (4 hours). The reference values range from 15 minutes up to 240 minutes.
NATIONAL PATENT
Porta Nova is a modern company offering various innovative systems on its doors. The ultimate innovation is the extraordinary patented locking system with tilted bolts for all its models. This unique system is certified by the Greek Organization of Industrial Properties.
Many products require CE marking before they can be sold in the EU.
CE marking indicates that a product has been assessed by the manufacturer and deemed to meet EU safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.

ISO 9001
PORTA NOVA certifies its quality system according to ISO 9001:2015 regulations, demonstrating the reliability of the entire organization. The certification covers quality management for all services and work processes, including design, production, installation, and commercialization of armored security doors. PORTA NOVA is certified by the international organization Bureau Veritas.
GREEN THINKING
For us at PORTA NOVA, the concept of Green Thinking is very important, and we are taking all possible measures to maintain a strong ecological approach. We want our customers to assume that our production line meets all necessary requirements to reduce energy consumption and increase recycling.
The timber we use to create our panels comes from responsibly managed forests certified by FSC. Additionally, our components are processed to ensure they do not contain added formaldehyde, HCHD, or any other substances restricted by the EU (E1 category). Furthermore, the varnishes and paints we use are water-based, non-toxic, and free from hardeners and solvents.
Raw materials that are not used in production are collected in protective tanks for recycling.
